HOW TO ROCK HATS ON ANKARA

Happy new week peeps!!
How did the weekend play out? Wait oo! What is up with the rain? This rain was wearing pampers sha this weekend, maxi for that matter lol... It beat me shege on Saturday.
All my fine girl was just messed up by that rain *sobs*.
I don't get why i always forget to leave home with my umbrella so every time it rains, i end up buying a new umbrella. I can't count how many umbrellas i have in stock. Does it happen to you too? Abeg what do i do? ooo..
Today's post is about Hats and Ankara. Who says you can't wear hats on Ankara? Well she has never seen this look on Lady Gaga, Black beauty Bag and of course Me hehehhehe
It ok to wear your hats on an Ankara outfit and still look chick as seen in the pics above.
Here are simple rules to know when rocking this look
I. The key is to know the right hat to use. Hat (floppy hats) like these, as seen above are very versatile and can be worn on beautiful Ankara fabrics.
Don't think of wearing hat like this lol its a big NO!
2. When choosing the right color of hat to rock this look, work with colors that bring our the beauty of the Ankara fabric and not colors that will outshine the fabric. Remember Ankara prints are already busy fabrics.
3. Floppy hats like these are best worn on gowns. It can be fitted or flowy, skater or A shape. These hat comes out more beautiful on them.
4. And finally rock earth tone color of shoes or you just go black. You never wrong when you go black. This drag the attention to the hat rather than the shoe.
Now you know you can rock your hats on your Ankara.
So ladies go out there and rock this look
