STYLING: HOW TO COLOR BLOCK

Although I tried keeping up with the ones I read over the weekend sha.
About today's post,
This was the outfit I wore to church on Sunday and I wanted to do some color blocking.
So, I wore a purple top on a burgundy skirt.
Did you notice I bought new bag? *now doing Shoki*

In wearing color blocking outfits, there are just few simple rules to follow.
*Don't over accessories. You are already wearing too much color, so piling on accessories that don't contrast, you will look a bit too much.
*Wear color of different shades and undertone, avoid wearing same shade. Its like wearing a mustard color shoe on a yellow gown. This color have similar undertone so they wont seat well.
Let people know what is complementing what.
*Also note that the 3rd or 4th color must complement the other look. (which is the whole reason for the look) If you get a bit confuse there, I will advise earth tone colors, black or nudes as they wont over power the other colors.
